If you don`t have a Bulgarian company we can provide you with a package, which includes: Company formation, lawyer and government fees and opening a bank account. The package costs 390GBP.

Step 2: This will take 1-2 days and you will have to come personally to Bulgaria (it`s the same all over the world) to sign the papers for your new LTD and property. Note that most sellers require from you to come personally to Bulgaria twice – first for setting up the company and second to purchase the property. We save you time and money and you have to come only once – to buy your new property!
There is a one-time lawyer fee of 390 GBP that includes notary and government fees for the process of property purchase and legal transferring. All paper work will be presented in English so you can understand everything. We will be next to you to help you in case you need it.
